Free delivery on all orders within the UK.

Original paintings are sent via 1st Class Royal Mail Recorded Delivery for maximum security and should arrive in 1-2 days after dispatch. A tracking number will be shared.
Prints are sent via Royal Mail Second Class post.
Please allow 3-5 days for your order to be dispatched.

Most orders arrive within 7 days, however may take longer due to any unexpected delays with Royal Mail.

International Shipping

If you're outside the UK and would like to place an order, please get in touch. We’ll be happy to arrange international shipping on a case-by-case basis.

Returns & refunds policy

We do not offer refunds on paintings or prints unless the item is damaged during delivery. All items are carefully packaged for safe transit.

If your painting or print arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photographs of the damage. You can seek compensation directly from Royal Mail for any damage incurred during shipping, as all original painting shipments are sent via recorded delivery, prints are sent 2nd class. In some cases, we may offer a partial refund.

Please note, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for any other reason.

To keep the process as eco-friendly as possible, we use Royal Mail for delivery, a service that prioritises low-emission deliveries through its extensive on-foot network and investment in greener transport. Together, this ensures a more sustainable way to receive art.
